Dunboyne's Darragh Lenihan called into Republic of Ireland squad
Dunboyne man Darragh Lenihan is included in the Republic of Ireland squad for the UEFA Nations League game against Wales in Cardiff.
Darragh Lenihan, who plays for Blackburn Rovers, is a brother of Meath footballer Donal Lenihan who is in the Meath panel for tomorrow's Leinster SFC semi-final against Kildare at Croke Park.
Darragh is one of four players called into the squad by Republic of Ireland manager Stephen Kenny for the forthcoming games along with Ciaran Clark and midfield duo Jason Knight and Josh Cullen.
That quartet has linked up with the squad ahead of the UEFA Nations League match against Wales on Sunday, 5pm.
Shamrock Rovers midfielder Jack Byrne and Swansea City's Ryan Manning have also linked up with the squad ahead of training at the Cardiff City Stadium later this evening.
Seamus Coleman, John Egan and Harry Arter have returned to their clubs.
