Charles Coyle of Tayto Park wins prestigious international award
Charles Coyle of Tayto Park was awarded the ‘Young Professional of the Year’ at the IAAPA (International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions) 2020 Awards.
With over 6,000 member companies from over 100 countries worldwide, including Disneyland Theme Parks, the IAAPA awards celebrate industry leaders and professionals within the attraction industry across the globe.
Charles Coyle was named ‘Young Professional of the Year’ at the virtual awards ceremony which took place last week.
The prestigious Award honours IAAPA members under the age of 35 who demonstrate a dedication to the global attractions industry through strong leadership, teamwork, and integrity.
Speaking on the win, Charles Coyle, General Manager of Tayto Park said, “I’m honoured to be named IAAPA’s 2020 ‘Young Professional of the Year’, to be in the company of nominees from the world’s leading theme parks is a fantastic achievement. Founded in 1918, the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) is the largest international trade association for permanently situated amusement facilities worldwide. The organization represents more than 6,000 facility, supplier, and individual members from more than 100 countries.
