For sale with Sherry Fitzgerald Reilly, Navan, is Trimgate Arcade, which was Navan's first 'shopping centre', the brainchild of local businessman Tom Dunne who constructed the complex on Bakery Lane in the early 1970s.

The current owners have been in occupation since its opening in 1972 celebrating 48 years in business at this location, but having relocated to Canon Row, are offering the property for sale for €350,000.

The property is an arcade of eight retail units equally divided by a central passageway which is centrally located just off Navan’s main street to the west and the Fair Green to the east.
