Fourth All-Ireland final for David Coldrick
Meath referee David Coldrick will take charge of the All-Ireland SFC final between Mayo and Dublin at Croke Park on Saturday 19th December.
The GAA confirmed the appointment for the All-Ireland decider today with Coldrick confirmed as the referee for the senior final while Paul Faloon from Down will officiate the All-Ireland u-20 final between Dublin and Galway.
Coldrick is a member of the Blackhall Gaels club, and will take charge of his fourth senior final having previously refereed the 2007, 2010 and 2015 deciders.
He has refereed Louth v Longford and Kildare v Offaly in the Leinster Championship, and Donegal v Armagh in the Ulster championship already this year.
His umpires for the big game will be Seamus McCormack (Walterstown), Stephen O'Hare (Syddan), Ronan Garry (Donaghmore/Ashbourne) and Padraig Coyle (Senechalstown).
Tyrone’s Seán Hurson will be the standby referee.
