Athboy Celtic appoint first team manager

Gary Ennis has been appointed first team manager of Athboy Celtic for the forthcoming North East Football League season.

Gary was a talented striker and played for the club throughout his playing career.

One of his senior highlights was leading the line in the NEFL Div 3 title-winning season.

Gary has decided to hang up his playing boots and take on his first senior coaching role.

He is eager to get started and is already working behind the scenes to build his management team and get prepared for the new season when it is safe to do so.

Club officials aare delighted to have a young, enthusiastic man at the helm and wish Gary and his talented young squad all the best when they get started.

Training is not permitted at the moment but as always the club welcome new players.
