Tommy Tiernan Show now more popular than The Late Late Show
The Tommy Tiernan Show is being extended for another five weeks after figures showed it has surpassed the Late late Show for viewers
For the first time since its 2016 launch and now in its 5th season show was watched by more viewers last weekend than The Late, Late Show.
On Saturday last 453,000 viewers tuned in to RTÉ’s acclaimed improvised chat show to watch Tommy in conversation with broadcaster Eamon Dunphy, singer Tolu Makay with poet Felispeaks, and mental health professional Joe Slattery.
