Under-age rugby training at Balreask Old returns

There was great excitement and a sense of anticipation around Navan RFC at Balreask Old on Monday evening as the club officials prepared to welcome back the under-age players in the club.

Monday night featured a return to training for the under-14 girls and under-16 girls and they turned up with great enthusiasm after waiting for months for an opportunity to get out on the pitch and also to meet friends.

Navan RFC has organised the following schedule as part of the return to training for various categories and age groups.

Tuesday 27th April - under-15 boys on pitch four, 7pm

Thursday 29th April - under-18 girls on pitch three, 7pm.

Friday 30th April - under-17 boys and under 18 boys on pitch three, 7pm; under-14 boys on pitch four, 7pm.

Saturday 1st May - minis: u-6, u-7, u-8, u-9, 9.30am; u-10, u-11, u-12, 11am.

Sunday 2nd May - Navan Blue Dragons, 10am; under-13 boys on pitch four, 10am; under-16 boys on pitch four, 11.30am.
