Skryne ladies bidding for All-Ireland title

There will be huge excitement in and around Skryne GAA club this weekend with the ladies bidding for an All-Ireland title.

This could be a history-making weekend as Skryne GAA Rounders team will take on Athenry Rounders in the Intermediate Ladies All-Ireland final.

It's over 30 years since Skryne rounders last competed and won an All Ireland title and that was at Croke Park.

This time the venue is Abbotstown - handy enough for the Skryne players to get there in time for an 11am start on Saturday morning.
