VIDEO: People of Trim pay their respects to Ashling
Over 300 people came to Trim Castle this evening to remember Ashling Murphy, the 23-year-old primary school teacher killed this week while she went for a run along the banks of the Grand Canal in Tullamore on Wednesday.
This was Trim's opportunity to join the thousands across the county and country who had attended candlelit vigils in memory of the talented musician and teacher following the brutal attacks that has shocked and saddened the nation and laid bare the need for and end to violence and abuse against women.
