Apprenticeship Expo to showcase apprenticeship opportunities
The 2022 Apprenticeship Expo takes place on the 29th of March in the Knightsbrook Hotel from 9am.
“A one-stop-shop for all things apprenticeship, the aim of the Apprenticeship Expo is to showcase the employers with apprenticeship opportunities and to raise awareness of the hundreds of earn and learn opportunities,” said Paula McCaul, County Meath Chamber.
With live, interactive demonstrations, the 2022 Apprenticeship Expo will showcase a wide variety of apprenticeship opportunities from the well known traditional apprenticeships to the newest, Wind Turbine Maintenance Technician Apprenticeship, just launched this week.
70 exhibitors, one to one career advice, speaker panels, Q&A and CV clinics will be running throughout the day.
"he 2022 Apprenticeship Expo offers help and support for everything one need to know about pursuing a skilled based career in Ireland," says Ms McCaul.
Mary-Liz Trant, interim director of the new National Apprenticeship Office said: “The Apprenticeship Expo is a fantastic opportunity for potential apprentices to find out more about ‘earn as you learn’ options via the national Generation Apprenticeship route. With 64 programmes now available there is a huge amount of choice. Dozens of apprenticeship employers from around the country are attending the Expo and looking forward to recruiting diverse talent for their companies. It promises to be an exciting event.”
