Sara chosen to represent Leinster in All-Ireland Scór na nÓg Final

On Sunday the Leinster Scór na nÓg final took place in St Patricks GFC Lordship.

Sara Ní Chonaill from Clann na nGael GFC has been chosen to represent Leinster in the Amhránaíocht Aonair (solo singing) discipline in the all Ireland final taking place in the INEC Kilarney on the 1st of May.

There was some serious competition on the day but Sara performed beautifully. This is an incredible honour for Sara and Meath scór are delighted to have a Meath representative in the All Ireland Final.

They also had two other teams in the Rince Foirne - Ella Connell, Clódagh Ryan, Kelly Ryan, Mollie Farrelly, Saoirse Smith, Joanne Gibney, Emily Masterson, Róisín Smith - (pictured right) and Tráth na gCeisteanna Team (Cormac O'Connor, Fionn McCabe, Eoin Smith, Rian Mulvanny - (pictured below), participating on the day both hailing from Oldcastle GFC.

Both teams performed to the highest standard and are Meath champions in their own right.
