Tayto Park donates €35,000 to three charities

Tayto Park will this year make donations totalling €35,000 to three charities- two well-known Irish charities Bumbleance and The Irish Red Cross, as well as a small international charity the Macaca Nigra Project.

Bumbleance received a €10,000 donation from Tayto Park and a commitment of three fundraising dates as well as tickets for families who have availed of the service.

The Irish Red Cross received a donation of €15,000 as well as tickets for Ukrainian families who have fled their home country.

The Macaca Nigra Project is a conservation group working with Sulawesi-crested macaques, one of the most endangered primates in the world which arrived into Tayto Park in 2018 and will also receive a donation of €10,000.

Charles Coyle of Tayto Park said: “I know I speak on behalf of the whole team at Tayto Park when I say we are so happy and proud to be able to support three great organisations that make a real difference in today’s world”.
