Lithuanian woman charged with murder of Polish man in Navan sent forward for trial
A 37-year-old Lithuanian woman who appeared at Trim District Court today charged with the alleged murder of a 47-year-old Polish man last December has been sent forward for trial.
Sandra Sandaraite with an address at Academy Street Navan was charged with the alleged murder if Zbigniew Czech at that address on 10th December 2022.
Detective Ray Smith gave evidence of having served a book of evidence in the case and Judge John Brennan sent the accused forward for trial at the Central Criminal Court Dublin during the current sitting of that court. Defending barrister James O'Brien applied for and was granted free legal aid for the accused.
