Excitement building for night of "summer sparkle" at Meath Style Awards 2023!
Prepare to pop open the bubbly and get your glad rags on because The 11th Meath Style Awards In Association with Specsavers is back and better than ever! The event that takes place on June 16th promises to be a night of summer fun, entertainment, glitz and glamour as we give recognition to the highest calibre of enterprise in our county.
Chelsea Farrell, former Miss Ireland, model and influencer and Paul Carroll, stylist and former winner of the Meath Style Awards are delighted to be our hosts for this year’s event. The event promises to honour the best of the best in business under the umbrella of style and will once again take place in the stunning surroundings of The Headfort Arms Hotel in Kells.
The excitement was palpable as sponsors and past winners gathered yesterday to launch the 2023 Meath Style Awards.
Sponsors for this year's event are Specsavers, Navan, Stilleto, Trim, Ebony Boutique Trim, Skin & Bodyworks, Balance Clinic Spa, Headfort Arms Hotel, Ambrose Clinton, June Rayfus and Meath County Council.
Amy Davidson from Specsavers Navan says they are looking forward to supporting style and local business yet again. She added:
"This is our 8th year sponsoring the awards and we have always enjoyed it, it is always been such a huge part of our calendar year working around the Meath Style Awards. Specsavers loves to promote style and fashion and we always want to support that especially merging with local businesses around Co, Meath."
The glam event will be reinvented this year to add some summer sparkle as Olivia Duff from the Headfort Arms Hotel explains:
"We are really delighted to host the Meath Style Awards again in the Headfort Arms Hotel in Kells. It has become a signature calander event of the year and I'm really happy to see it move to June this year where I hope we can bring some summer sparkle to the evening, something a little bit different, we are always trying to reinvent it.
"I just love working with Mary and all of the team at the Celtic Media Group, they are brilliant to work alongside. We are looking at an evening that will incorporate all of our lovely local producers again. There might be some award winning Kells Gin thrown in there! We are really looking forward to the excitement and build up ahead.
"I'd encourage everyone to get their tickets quickly when they are released because it is always a sell out event."
Former Andrea Farrelly owner of Skin & Bodyworks said she was excited to return as a sponsor once again.
"I love being a sponsor, it is great to be able to support this award, we won it twice so I think it was the next step to sponsor it and give it back to somebody else," she said. It's brilliant to see all of the local businesses coming together and supporting each other on the night."
June Rayfus from June Rayfus Interiors said they are "delighted and very proud" to be involved with the Meath Style Awards. She added:
"We really want to encourage small businesses starting out to put themselves forward as nominees. You really get so much from it and it can give you the confidence to stride forward with what you are doing."
Ailish Shaw Media and Communications Officer with Meath County Council said:
