RTÉ invites people with consumer issues to take part in new show
Do you feel ripped off? Have you been scammed? No idea where to turn for help?
Struggling with a refund? Having a problem with a service provider? Battling with a business?
Whatever your issue, whether it’s health, housing, tech, travel, motoring - or anything else consumer related, this brand new RTÉ consumer show wants to help!
Financial planner and TV presenter, Eoin McGee, alongside consumer affairs correspondent with the Irish Times Conor Pope, social affairs correspondent with the Irish Independent Amy Molloy, and consumer journalist Siobhán Maguire, are inviting people with a consumer related issue to take part in this brand-new series.
Together, this panel of consumer affairs specialists will use their expertise to tackle real-life customer problems. The team are encouraging people around the country who need help with any type of consumer issue to apply to take part.
Speaking about the launch of the new show, financial planner and TV presenter Eoin McGee said: "We want to tackle all kinds of consumer problems - big or small. It could be anything from travel, tech, housing, motoring, health to retail. If you are experiencing an issue with a business, company or service provider our team of experts are ready for any challenge and we want to help.... so please get in touch."
Consumer affairs correspondent, Price Watch editor, Irish Times, Conor Pope added:
