Man charged with money laundering in Dublin

A man in Dublin has been charged with money laundering after €80,000 of cash was seized in Blanchardstown.
Gardaí made the seizure on Wednesday, when they arrested a man in his 50s, after the cash was seized alongside small sums of Albanian Lek and British pounds.
The search was conducted by the Dublin Crime Response Team (DCRT) with assistance provided by the Detective Units in Blanchardstown and Finglas Garda Stations.
He is due to appear before Blanchardstown District Court on Thursday morning.
Gardaí say investiagtions are ongoing.
