Rugby tickets up for grabs in Boyne CS draw

FUNDRAISER

Boyne CS Trim has a long and successful history when it comes to the GAA sports, but now rugby is starting to take a foothold on the curriculum in the school.

To help raise funds to further develop rugby in the Trim school they are running a raffle with tickets for Ireland's Six Nations games up for grabs.

The school have rugby teams for both the boys and girls and they operate at junior and senior level with most of the players involved in local clubs including Athboy, Navan, North Meath and North Kildare.

Tickets cost €5 each and the three prizes up for grabs are a pair of tickets for each of the home games in the Six Nations against Italy, Wales and Scotland.

All proceeds will to towards funding and equipping the rugby teams within the school with all the training gear (balls, tackle bags, etc.) needed to prolong the existence of the sport in the heart of Meath.

It is also hoped to raise enough money to purchase a first set of jerseys for the girls team.

The raffle needs to raise enough funding to cover the cost of the Premium Category 2 tickets.

In the event the raffle does not raise the minimum amount needed to cover the ticket cost, some prizes or the raffle may be voided, and each raffle ticket purchaser will be refunded.
