Ashbourne Gardaí in bid to reunite owners with stolen power tools
Gardaí in Meath are making a public appeal in attempt to reunite power tools with original owners.
On Thursday afternoon, 22nd February, while Ashbourne Gardaí were on patrol they observed two males acting suspiciously at a vehicle in the Main Street, Clonee area.
Gardaí approached the males, noticing a large quantity of power tools in the vehicle, which were subsequently seized as they are suspected of being stolen.
Both males fled on foot, however one was arrested and covered to Ashbourne Garda Station.
Gardaí would like to hear from anybody who can identify any of the items in the images.
Meath Crime Prevention said: "Enquiries are ongoing.
