Sarah Ennis will be competing her second Olympic Games.

No long wait for Ennis as she gets set to spring into Olympic action

While some athletes have to endure a lengthy wait before they spring into action in the Paris Olympics that doesn't apply to Sarah Ennis.

Ennis, who is originally from Howth but is based in Batterstown, will be part of the eventing action which gets underway tomorrow (Saturday).

This is the 49-year-olds second Olympics as she was part also of Tokyo 2020 where she finished 36th individually with her performance helping Ireand to eighth place.

Ennis and her horse Action Lady Me secured three top 10 finishes at various international events this year.

Among her best finishes was fifth at the 2018 World Championships.
