Mounted Games involves playing 20 separate games with the riders and their ponies negotiating and staying as one and working in relay as a team and all at full speed.

It's a super exciting game of skill and horsemanship and the Dublin Horse Show is the final competition where each of the six teams from around the country had to qualify.

Teams qualify by competiting at several big shows around the country where the best six overall get to compete at the RDS.

The Meath team are defending champions after winning the Hugh Leonard Cup in Ring 1 for the last two years.

All five Meath riders are just back from competing at the World Pairs Championships in France.

These wonderful young riders are following a path where many of the top jockeys from Ireland started from including Rachael Blackmore.
