More than €74,000 raised for Kilbride GFC Football Club through Lip Sync Country event

More than €74,000 was raised to improve club facilities at Kilbride GFC through its recent sold-out Lip Sync Country event.

The fundraiser saw 13 acts take to the stage in the Pillo House, Ashbourne, to perform the hits of country music stars, including Dolly Parton, Garth Brooks and Johnny Cash.

More that 400 people from Kilbride and neighbouring areas turned out to support the event and to see dance act “Fake ID” crowned the winners on the night.
