Lady Gaga to join cast of Wednesday season two, which is filming in Ireland

Lady Gaga fans have been speculating online that the singer and actress is in Ireland, as she has joined the cast of Wednesday season two.

The singer is reported to have joined the cast of the Netflix show Wednesday, which is currently being filmed in Co Wicklow.

The series stars Jenna Ortega as Wednesday Addams, and she has been seen at concerts and events across the country as she makes the most of her time here.

Ortega recently attended the Ireland vs New Zealand game at the Aviva Stadium.

Lady Gaga is expected to make a cameo appearance in Wednesday. Reports say the singer was initially pitched for a larger role but it “didn’t work out”.

The first season of Wednesday was hugely popular, and is currently the most successful Netflix show of all time.

Lady Gaga's last acting role was in "Joker: Folie à Deux", she starred in the film alongside Joaquin Phoenix and Brendan Gleeson.

While the first Joker film was critically acclaimed, the sequel was slammed by film critics and underperformed at the box office.
