Boutique accommodation plans for iconic Trim pub

Plans to convert the first floor of McCormack’s Bar on Trim's Castle St into boutique accommodation are before Meath Co Council.

FS Hospitality Ltd is seeking permission for the change of use of first floor over McCormack’s Bar from restaurant , which was previously granted permission, to boutique accommodation.

This accommodation would be made up of nine ensuite bedrooms with separate access and stairs at ground floor level. The site is located within the Trim Historic Architectural Conservation Area.
