Carnaross Drama Group is staging 'A Murder is Announced' this month. An announcement is made in the local gazette detailing a murder to take place on Friday 13th at 6.30pm at the home of Letitia Blacklock (Anne Marie Brogan).

She lives here with her lifelong friend Dora Bunner (Sharon Clarke), her nephew Patrick (Peter Farrelly) and his sister, Julia (Gillian Brogan).

The other residents of the house are eccentric cook Mitzy (newcomer Charis McMullen/Joanne Muldoon) and gardener Phillipa Haymes (newcomer Gabrielle Harte).

Neighbours Clara Swettenham (Carmel Reilly and her son Edmund (Martin Devine) are also regular visitors to the house. Why does mysterious stranger Rudi Scherz (Adrian Tuite) appear at the house on this fateful night?

Can you solve the mystery before the intrepid detectives (Paul Corcoran and Frances Ward) and the world famous Miss Marple (Tanya Farrelly)?
