'That was a long time coming' Online reaction to Meath's stunning win over Dublin to reach Leinster final

Dublin have lost a Leinster Football Championship game for the first time in 15 years.

Meath held on to dethrone the 14 in a row champions by 0-23 to 1-16 in their Leinster SFC semi-final and the reaction was glorious.

The Royals have set up a repeat of the 2010 final as they will play Louth in the decider.

Man of the match James Conlon scored four points for Meath in the first half to set up the famous victory.

He added another point after the break, while Eoghan Frayne scored 14 points.

Speaking after the game, Conlon said: “That was a long time coming.”
