Meath unchanged for Carlow clash

Meath will take on Carlow in Rathmolyon this Saturday

Gary Cole and Tom Moloney have made no changes to the starting 15 from the side that defeated Kildare last week for the clash against Carlow on Saturday in Rathmolyon.

Meath got their All-Ireland campaign off to a fantastic start with a comprehensive win in Hawkfield last week against the Liliwhites.

Next up for the Royals is a Carlow side that Meath will be quite familiar with. Meath have already played Carlow in the league this year. On that occasion, despite starting with a weakened lineup, Meath came out of that contest as two-point winners.

Saturday sees Meath field a much stronger-looking starting 15 and they will be going into the clash as warm favourites. On all evidence so far this season, Cole and Moloney's side should have too much for Carlow and Meath will be expected to make it two from two in the All Ireland Intermediate Championship.

The game throws in at 1 pm.
