Cafe plan for former Ulster Bank branch in Navan

The former Ulster Bank unit in Navan Town Centre could soon be a cafe if a planning application lodged with Meath Co Council is approved.

DTIL Ltd is seeking permission for the change of use of the unit from office/bank to a cafe for the sale of food and drinks and an off the premises seating area and alterations to the unit to facilitate same.

The Kennedy Road branch was one 63 Ulster Bank branches around the country that closed its doors in April 2023.
