Geraldine Cussen, the store manager who has a vision impairment, expressed her gratitude: "Over the past decade, the Navan community has been incredible, contributing to both the success of our store and the mission of Vision Ireland. I am personally grateful, not only as the manager but also as someone who has benefited immensely from the services we fund. Thanks to the support I received, I was able to return to college, enhancing both my skills and my ability to serve our community better."
The event will also feature a raffle with incredible prizes donated by local businesses, including an exclusive beauty hamper from Sam McCauley pharmacies, worth over €200 Geraldine added: "This celebration is not just about marking a milestone but also expressing our heartfelt thanks to all the volunteers who have dedicated their time to our store over the years. Their generosity and hard work have been pivotal in our journey."
Vision Ireland invites everyone in the Navan area to join this special celebration. It's more than just a chance to pick up great gifts - it's an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those living with sight loss.
