You're never too old to treat yourself to a manicure, as proven by this Meath lady - who is older than the State!
In an adorable video, Nancy Stewart who is 105 years old shares a laugh with her grand-daughter Louise Coughlan at the beauticians.
The proud Clonard woman jokes that she gets her nails done of a Monday, her eyebrows on a Tuesday and she 'keeps her mouth shut' on a Wednesday.
"If you think about it, she's older than our country because she was born in 1913, " said her granddaughter Louise Coughlan
"She's such a strong woman. She broke her hip on Christmas Eve and the surgeon in Tullamore hospital was reluctant to operate on her because of her age
"She asked him how he would treat her if she was a normal person and he said he would operate so she said well go ahead then.

"They didn't give her a full anaesthetic, just an epidural and she was on the operating table for two and a half hours.
"She was a month in hospital and a month in respite and now she's flying around again like she didn't break the hip at all.."
Originally from Castlerickard in Meath, she is a mum of six but is predeceased by two daughters. Nancy is due to turn 106 in October.
