THURSDAY
DIVISION 1
Kilmessan Shield - Johnstown 6, Oldcastle 1
Thursday nights in the MDL are proving to be a feast of entertainment when Johnstown are playing at home. For the third successive Thursday, their home match produced plenty of goals as they overcame Division 2 side Oldcastle in the  Kilmessan Shield.

NECSL

Virginia 2, Athboy Celtic 4
Athboy Celtic's Under 15' kicked-off their campaign in Virginia on Friday evening. After some good pre-season performances over the last few weeks confidence was high. Unfortunately this didn't show in the first half as Athboy came in 0-1 down at half time.
A double for Oisín Driver and a solo effort from Lewis Casserley and a fourth from Paddy Griffin sealed the win for a talented Athboy side.
