Keogan disqualified for losing balance at the start in Rio
There was heartbreak for Skryne man Paul Keogan today at the Paralympics in Rio.
The Paralympic debutant was scheduled for action in the Olympic Stadium in the heats of the T37 400m and dult took his place in the starting line up.
Unfortunately events did not go as planned for the Meath man who was disqualified due to a false start.
Paul lost his balance while waiting for the gun and the rigid rules meant he was disqualified.
