Winner of €5,000 wedding reception giveaway

The winner of the €5,000 wedding reception giveaway, sponsored by the Conyngham Arms Hotel, Slane, and the Meath Chronicle is Bernie Coogan. The wedding recepetion is at the tastefully Conyngham Arms refurbished hotel.

She is donating the prize to her brother, Declan, and his partner, Mags Rennicks. “They really are thrilled with the prize,” Ms Coogan said. Declan is pictured thanking his sister for her magnanimous gesture at a photocall in Slane on Monday.

In order to win the stunning prize people were asked to send an answer to a question by text or by the entry coupon in the Meath Chronicle over a 6 week period in March and April.  

The prize of a free wedding reception at the Conyngham Arms will consist of a reception for 100 guests, pre-dinner Prosecco reception in the Library or, weather permitting, on the garden terrace or tea/coffee, scones on arrival, delicious 3-course wedding banquet in the beautifully refurbished Lavander Suite at the Conyngham Arms, Slane, Co Meath, followed by Tea/Coffee, evening food, complimentary Bridal Suite on the night of the wedding, red carpet, personal wedding co-ordinator, rersonalised menu cards, linen dressed tables with 5-arm candelabra centrepieces, chevari chairs and a cake table & knife.
