A day to forget for O'Mahonys was completed in the dying seconds when David 'Duggie' Dillon picked up a second yellow card and was sent off by referee Marcus Quinn.
The sides were even throughout the opening half but the Gaels found an extra gear in the second-half.
Meyler finished as Blackhall Gaels' top marksman with 1-6.
O'Mahonys main source of points was John Foley who fired over three from frees but they could only manage two from play scored by Kevin O'Rourke and Donal Hogan.
