Olympia date for Ballivor rider

Ballivor rider Gerard Clarke faces a hectic build-up to the Christmas festivities after receiving an invitation this week to compete at London’s prestigious Olympia Horse Show from Monday 16th - Sunday 22nd December.

The Meath man will hardly have time to rest this week when he returns from competing in France last weekend and his attentions will turn to the challenge of the mighty puissance competition.

Clarke received an invitation to compete in the Alltech Christmas Puissance with Zanzibar V on Thursday 19th December which will be the highlight for the Ballivor rider who will also be in action in separate events.

Clarke set a new record during last month by clearing 2.20m to win the Kingsland Puissance with Zanzibar V and that was good enough to get the invite to London for an event.
