Meath Cuisine: Continue your collection this week

Meath Cuisine is a collection of recipes from 10 of the top chefs from the best restaurants that County Meath has to offer. Last week featured our first recipe card with Brabazon restaurant at Tankardstown House, Slane publishing their head chef Richard Luckeys recipe card.

This week Conyngham Arms Hotel, Slane has published their head chef Mark Faulkners recipe card featuring his popular dinner party choices.
