Big weekend for Meath camogie teams
Three Meath camogie teams will be in action this weekend on Saturday and Sunday with All-Ireland silverware up for grabs at Cloughjordan and an All-Ireland final ticket on the line at Banagher.
With the intermediate team set to face Limerick on Saturday at 1.00pm in Banagher, Co.Offaly in the Liberty Insurance-sponsored All-Ireland Intermediate semi-final Meath have some injury worries with both Aoife Thompson and Edel Guy sidelined.
On Sunday Meath u-16s play in the All Ireland C final against Laois and Meath's second team face Kerry iin the All-Ireland JUnior B decider.
Meath will be hoping to follow the success from last year with a win over Limerick that would bring them back to Croke Park on Sunday 15th September against either Waterford or Galway who play in the other semi-final.
Meath played in the Div 2 National League this year and were unlucky not to make it to the knock-out stages where Limerick won the title (Final - Limerick 3-15, Kildare 0-10).
