TV star Baz brings his Family Matters show to Solstice
Baz Ashmawy, best known for mildly torturing his equally famous and beloved mother Nancy in 50 Ways to Kill Your Mammy, is trying his hand at stand-up comedy for the first time and is bringing his Family Matters show to Solstice Arts Centre, Navan tomorrow night (Friday 6th March)
Growing up as an Irish Egyptian living in a rough Dublin suburb, and raised by his single (and very typically Irish) mother Nancy, Baz already has a huge amount of both unique and relatable material to draw on, but throw in becoming a father to SIX kids, and Baz has a truly unique perspective on how parenthood in Ireland has changed.
A natural comic storyteller, Baz has been making people laugh since long before he was on TV.
Family Matters comes to Solstice Arts Centre, Navan tomorrow night (Friday 6 March) – tickets are available from solsticeratscentre.ie or by calling 046 909 2300.
