Miss Ireland heat to take place in Navan

A Miss Ireland-Miss Universe heat comes to The Palace Nightclub, Navan, on Friday night, 13th May with the competition set to open doors from 8pm. MC will be Deric Hartigan From TV3. Judges on the evening include 'Apprentice' competitor, Breffni Morgan with celebrity models from the Andrea Roche Modelling Agency. The winner will represent Meath in the Miss Ireland competition, and a chance to go on to Miss Universe. Admission to the event is €5. Miss Ireland has always been the most coveted crown in Ireland and former Miss Irelands have enjoyed hugely successful careers in modelling, entertainment, TV presenting, acting and business.  Former Miss Irelands such as Michelle Rocca, Siobhan McClafferty, Olivia Tracey and Andrea Roche made it to the top ten finalists in Miss World/Universe during their respective reign, while Rosanna Davison won the overall title.
