Parkvilla fell behind in this NEC u-15 Div 1 encounter however, they recovered well to earn a draw against Kingscourt on Saturday. Glen Connolly caused all sorts of problems for the Cavan side without managing to make a breakthrough and at the interval the sides were scoreless. Kingscourt were awarded a penalty soon after the break, but Parkvilla"s netminder Jack Walsh made a brilliant save. Fiachra Gallagher opened the scoring, but Johnstown levelled before a goal from Ronan Lynch put the home side 2-1 up. Two fine saves from Ben Owens kept Boroara in front and further strikes from Lynch (penalty) and Robert Nevin who fired a defelected Eoin Donegan shot to the net, sealed the win.
