Five debutants for Meath

Meath manager Andy McEntee has named five debutant for this evening's O'Byrne Cup clash with Laois in Portlaoise, 6pm.
Summerhill's Ronan Ryan, Dunboyne's Gavin McCoy, Ballinabrackey's Danny Quinn, Skryne's Darragh Campion and St Colmcille's James Conlon will all make their first appearances for the Meath seniors, while Kilmainham's Mickey Newman is welcomed back to the fold for the first time since coming on at half-time of the All-Ireland SFC qualifier loss to Dnegal in 2017.
With unlimited substitutions from the panel of 26 McEntee is also expected to give debuts to Donaghmore/Ashbourne's Thomas McGovern, Simonstown's Niall Kane and Na Fianna's Owen McDonnell.
St Colmcille's goalkeeper Andrew Beakey could also feature for the first time.

Laois manager John Sugrue will hand debuts to Scott Osbourne (Portarlington), Adam Campion (St Joseph's) and Sean Byrne (Portarlington) for tonight's clash with Meath.

Stephen Attride returns from a double fracture to his skull sustained in the Leinster SFC semi-final against Carlow last June to captain the side.
