Another Elliott winner

Gordon Elliott maintained his good strike-rate at Perth when he added another winner to his tally this afternoon at the Scottish track. Romanesco won a novices' handicap hurdle for owner Annie Bowles with Kilmessan man Jason Maguire on board the 6/1 shot. Maguire had three lengths to spare at the post from 20/1 outsider Nay Secret. On his first run for Elliott Romanesco finished fourth at Perth in a hurdle last month.
